Some of The Top Free 2 Play MMORPGs

I've been playing free 2 play games online for some time. But there was a time a few years back that I didn't even know that these games existed. When money got tight I thought I'd have to give up my retail pay to play games like World of Warcraft, Starcraft and Eve Online. Others I knew were playing Everquest, DoC and others. But we all were feeling the pinch cash wise - we'd talk about having to give up playing when we'd meet up online or offline.

But then a few of my old pals showed up to tell me where they'd been for the last few weeks. Seems they'd found some place that hooked them up with free 2 play games. Not like Guild Wars or Diablo, where you buy it and then play for free. But really free 2 download, free to play games! Sure, some have cash shops where you can buff up or get "extras", but it's still free to play. Besides, I could go without for a while, as long as I could still get my game fix - I'm a gamer. Always have been, always will be. But I know how to balance it into my life, just like any other hobby.

But I was skeptical. I figured that this had to be some cheesy flash games or some lame graphic type stuff that couldn't compete with the retail style of gaming.
Boy, was I wrong! Nothing could be farther from the reality of actually playing these games! They were and are amazing! Many are equally just as good or better than some of the retail games being sold for big bucks!
Needless to say, I was converted in no time at all - and I hurried back to tell all my buddies of the treasure that we could claim for free!

In these difficult times, money's still tight and many have had to cut back on many of the things that they enjoy. But sometimes there are alternative ways to have fun, often in a way that is free rather than costing money.

Now I'm not totally in agreement with these lists since they don't have all of the games that I play in them. It wasn't easy just picking one video either, which is why there is more than one. The MMOhut video is expertly done, love the commentary, but again...not really my top picks. But there are links to all the games in the comment area, plus there are a lot of great videos on the channel so it would be great to subscribe to this one.

Also I added two more videos, showing the highly anticipated games coming up and just some awesome action gameplay of some of the best MMORPGs that are out there...some free, some not - although finding a free server isn't out of the question if you really want to play.

I may even make a list of my own if I can figure out how to use my video creator...haven't really played with it yet. But MMOhut has given me some ideas. Hope that you enjoy this and see you in the games!
